Instructional Tools
  • Developed a game for team building  game ‘Tic Tac Toe’ for the students of PGDM. This gave the students an exposure on Team Building, Quick Decision Making and Strategy Formulation.
  • Developed  exercise on organization Change and Development, ‘Role Taking to Role  Making. This exercise helps in role clarity and enhances commitment for the role.
