POSH – Prevention of Sexual Harassment is aimed at ensuring a safe, respectful and dignified work environment for everyone. The POSH Act, 2013 was enacted to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace and to provide a secure mechanism for awareness, prevention and redressal.

This training program JAGRITI – A Safer Tomorrow, Together, organised for teachers, holds great importance. It empowers faculty to understand their rights and responsibilities and to foster a culture of respect and safety on campus. The role play presented by the students in this program was very informative and made the concepts of awareness, respect and inclusion much more practical and impactful for all.
