Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research (GHS-IMR) proudly celebrated its 28th Convocation Ceremony on July 20, 2024,. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Chief Guest Shri Kapil Dev Aggarwal, Minister of State for Vocational Education and Skill Development, Uttar Pradesh, and Guest of Honor Prof. B.K. Mohanty from IIM Lucknow. The ceremony kicked off with the serene Saraswati Vandana and an insightful “Annual Progress Report” presented by our director, Dr. Rahul Goyal.

Shri Kapil Dev Aggarwal extended his heartfelt congratulations to the graduating students, emphasizing the importance of resilience, optimism, and dedication in their professional journeys. Prof. B.K. Mohanty inspired graduates with his message on continuous learning, adaptability, and maintaining ethical conduct. Diplomas were distributed by Prof. Devendra Jaiswal, with Khushi Kanodia honored with the Chairman Gold Medal, Guneet Singh receiving the Chairman Silver Medal, and Meritorious Certifications awarded to Apanshu Sharma, Vasundhara Pandey, and Aviral Srivastava.
Additionally, the RSPL Group’s Poonam Gyanchandani Memorial Scholarship was awarded to seven deserving students, providing crucial financial support. The scholarship recipients were Disha Mishra, Suraj Verma, Vartika Agarwal, Rimjhim Dhawan, Shivani Modanwal, Krishna Pandey, and Vaibhav Pandey, each receiving Rs 2 lakh to aid in their academic and career pursuits.
The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Associate Professor Mr. Devendra Jaiswal, the chairman’s declaration of the convocation’s closure, and the resonant notes of the National Anthem. The event was a joyous celebration of our graduates’ achievements, attended by faculty members, staff, and students, marking the beginning of a bright future for our new alumni.
