Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research (GHS-IMR) conducted a soft skills training program organized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Kanpur, for its 170 officers. This significant event took place on the 22nd, 23rd, and 27th of March at Hotel Pristine, GT Road, Kanpur. The training sessions aimed to enhance the professional competencies of RBI officers by focusing on crucial aspects of corporate and interpersonal skills.
The sessions witnessed the participation of high-ranking officials, including deputy general managers (DGMs), assistant general managers (AGMs), and numerous probationary officers. All attendees actively engaged in the training, demonstrating their enthusiasm and commitment to learning. The program was designed to be interactive, encouraging participants to engage in various activities that fostered a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.

The program was conducted under the leadership of Mr. Anurag Saxena, the Head Corporate Trainer, and our esteemed HR faculty members, Ms. Anmol Chopra and Ms. Smriti Saxena, played a pivotal role in delivering specialized training on communication and team building.
