Students who opt for hostel facility see that there are comfortable living facilities created especially for them with their needs in mind. The residential blocks are fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi.
Exciting recreational facilities include a gymnasium, grounds equipped for holding cricket, football matches. The Amphitheatre is a hub of activity and is used extensively to showcase GHS-IMR’s talent.
GHS- IMR provides a fully air conditioned auditorium that acts as a common ground for students, faculty and corporate personalities for regular interfaces, conferences and other events. Auditorium has the capacity of seating 300 people at a time. It is equipped with latest Bose sound system which enhances the effect of conferences, seminars, symposiums and other cultural events. For events of a smaller scale, the Seminar Hall equipped with advanced presentation tools, is an ideal venue.
Sports play a pivotal role in shaping one’s personality and maintaining good health. We at GHS-IMR focus on instilling the sense of striving for the best and performing to win attitude within students. Students can easily integrate exercise into their daily routine or join a sports club to expand their horizons.
We’ve specially developed a sports environment that matches international standards and gives a truly global experience to all our students. All of which is provided to them on the campus.
Full sized and well-maintained sports facilities are available for student’s recreational activities. For outdoor sports activities, The Institute presently have its own lush green playground, where regular sports & games such as football and cricket etc are conducted time to time. We have facility for indoor games such as chess, badminton, Table Tennis Badminton, Chess, Carom, etc
While games, sports and athletics directly contribute to physical development of students, other co-curricular activities also indirectly contribute to it. These activities provide a useful channel for the growth and development of the body.
GHS-IMR has fully air conditioned, State-of-the-art Information Technology Center recognizing the need for easy accessibility to latest relevant data and information. GHS-IMR computing infrastructure offers a various range of advanced hardware and software platforms.
GHS-IMR has Computer Labs equipped with the 120 nods with modern computing facilities. Computer center has a 2 IBM Pentium based servers, connected on a high speed Gigabit Ethernet Fiber Optic/UTP based network in a distributed Windows XP, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 environment.
GHS-IMR has up to 300 Mbps dedicated Internet connection which offers high speed and uninterrupted internet connectivity from anywhere in the campus.
To provide flexibility & convenient access to the internet facilities, all blocks of the institute are Wi-Fi enabled. Student can connect themselves to internet from anywhere in the campus.
Language Lab in the institute is designed to enhance overall communication skills amongst students including pronunciation, accent and personality. Corporate world asks for excellent communication skills in almost all kinds of field. Apart from improving the communication skills, the “Its Your Job” module helps students to identify their career, prepare for job interviews and develop a refined body language.
The GHS-IMR library housed in a separate Wi-Fi building has an optimum sitting capacity. It serves users on all days of the year except gazetted holidays. It has comprehensive collection of literature predominantly related to management and its allied subject to meet the information needs of its users.
Most of the library activities are computerized using “LIBSYS-07’ an integrated library software package.

These include electronic media such as multimedia notebooks, LCD & O/H projectors, infrared pointers, cordless microphones and speakers etc. There are also separate seminar rooms, audio-visual rooms and seminar halls equipped with modern technology.
GHS-IMR campus offers plenty of beautiful spaces for students to take part in a whole range of sporting activities.
Open lawns and cleared spaces also provide excellent opportunities for impromptu games of cricket, badminton or table tennis. Like the rest of India though, it is cricket that rules. Institute has a square in the center that has a badminton court.
The institute takes great pride in its state-of-the-art Gymnasium. The gym is equipped with most modern work out machines like: exercise bike, rowing machine, stepper and multi gym. Also, dumbbells and discs are available in all sizes to provide participants extensive free weight training. The Gym floor features a layer of plywood and adds to the ambience of the Gym, making the workout a highly enjoyable and refreshing experience.
One of the key contributors to an intensive learning experience is living in campus. A well-furnished and aesthetically designed hostel with separate wings for boys and girls has been constructed with a view to provide best possible facilities to the students,
Hostel is located in the same campus and is about 500 hundred meters from the institute building. Campus is under the surveillance of CCTV camera and provides safe environment for girl candidates.
GHS-IMR hostel is a two storied building with 45 rooms. Students can opt for rooms that offer single or double occupancy as per student’s own need. Hostel has a facilities like RO water purifier, water cooler, a common room with TV, which creates a homely atmosphere.
The rooms are bright, spacious, comfortable, clean and airy. All hostel rooms have 24 hours internet access. The Internet and the Intranet of the Institute enables the students to constantly interact with each other and be connected to the outside world.
Spacious dining area with adequate tables, chairs and RO filtered drinking water with a well maintained and hygienic kitchen is a part of GHS-IMR hostel. The mess is managed by the students on cooperative basis.
Allotment of accommodation for the students is on first-come, first-served basis.
A healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body. GHS-IMR provides best food in its canteen, which is nutritious and ensures well balanced diet.
Students here, take the break between the lectures and can be seen involved in academic discussion and the assignments. Refreshments are available in the institute canteen at affordable rates.
Canteen is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on all working days.
A fully air-conditioned Auditorium at GHS-IMR is equipped with the most modern and audio-visual facilities and can accommodate more than 300 people. It is well furnished with acoustics and hosts various events including annual day award functions and various Inter College Competitions. It is fitted with a projector, effective and modern lighting, and BOSE sound system and is centrally air-conditioned. All the major functions like conferences, seminars, workshops, and other academic and literary activities are held in this auditorium.
