PGDM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Our PGDM programme is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers. We believe that quality education should be accessible to all deserving students, and we strive to keep our PGDM programme fees affordable.

GHS-IMR follows AICTE specified eligibility norms while reviewing the student’s admission application. To be eligible for admission in our two year PGDM Programme, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

The candidate should be a graduate or appearing for the final year from any recognized university.
The minimum percentage at graduation level for the open category should be 50 percent and for SC / ST / OBC / NT and others should be 45 percent or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing for the final year examination may also apply. However, admission will be subject to meeting the percentage criteria mentioned above.
Applications accepted for PGDM on basis of CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA score. Once the applications have been received, candidates will be called for GD & PI Process.

Add-on facilities are provided to all students which are an integral part of the PGDM course curriculum and no extra fees are charged for these:

The student should preserve this schedule for timely payment of fees to avoid the penalty for late fee deposition.
No notice or reminder will be sent to students or parents.
Demand Draft should be made in the name of “Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management & Research” payable at Kanpur.

*Mess charges can be deposited directly in cash to Hostel Warden @ Rs.3000/- per month. Mess runs on a cooperative basis, charges are paid as per actual expenses.

Students are advised to pay all their fees for the 1st Trimester by July 1st, 2026.

GHS-IMR provides assistance to students with renowned banks for providing an educational loan to our students on priority, subject to fulfillment of their terms and conditions.

Summer School and international tour destinations are subject to availability and on sole discretion of the management & will abide by all.
However, the institute may not extend the time limit for deposition of fees at the time of admission or at any other time due to delay in availing of the educational loan by the students. The documentation support has to be honored by the candidates as required by the banks.
